That is until you crack the tricks. Once you have cracked the tricks the Spanish
verbs are not difficult to conjugate at all. After learning the Spanish sentence
structure and verb conjugation all that is left is simply learn more Spanish vocabulary.

Spanish for Beginners - 10 tips to help you learn Spanish
1. Make an effort to learn Spanish vocabulary daily. One word a day is
not enough, you will simply take forever to learn the language that way. Rather
learn vocabulary by topics. What ever topic you choose, learn around 10 to 15 Spanish
words that you can use while speaking.
2. As we stated in point 1. Learn Spanish vocabulary daily and by topic,
now you must and this is very important, speak Spanish daily. You must make an effort
to practice putting you Spanish vocabulary to good conversational use. Remember
don’t be shy to practice speaking Spanish with native Spanish speakers.
3. If you find it is difficult to learn Spanish alone, why not try to learn
Spanish in groups. Being in a group helps you identify where your weak
points are and gives you an opportunity to discuss with others how to improve your
level of Spanish. On the other hand studying in groups can also show you and others
just how good you level of Spanish really is. It also gives you an opportunity to
help others learn Spanish.
4. The dreaded Spanish verbs! Learn how to conjugate the Spanish verbs. Practice,
practice and then practice some more. The Spanish verbs are only difficult at first,
but once you have read the theory and practiced conjugating them, they are not that
difficult.
5. If you are an absolute beginner with the Spanish language, you should really
invest in some good software to help you get started. Don’t buy the most expensive
software; rather buy software that covers beginners level or an introduction to
the Spanish language. Make sure the software you purchase includes audio and visual

6. For absolute beginners, Spanish courses are highly recommended. Good Spanish
courses will teach you how to learn Spanish the most effective way and
will provide you with materials and a support group to help you learn Spanish.
Avoid crash courses since they cover many topics in a very short period of time
and in most cases students never benefit from those courses.
7. Learning Spanish as a family can be one of the fastest methods to learn Spanish.
In a household where all family members are learning Spanish, you can nominate a
room (e.g. The kitchen) where only Spanish is spoken. You can also make some household
rules, where as an example, all instructions or questions have to be said in Spanish.
8. Twice a week you should write a short 150 to 200-word essay in Spanish. Write
about any topic you want using the new vocabulary that you learnt during the week.
Practice writing about the present, past and the future this will help you with
the verb conjugations.
9. Entertain yourself in Spanish using games such as Picture Dictionary. This will
help you and others learn Spanish vocabulary really fast. Picture Dictionary
games help you memorize Spanish vocabulary better than you could possibly imagine.
10. Read Spanish news articles with the help of
Text-to-Speech software. You can use this software to help you learn the
pronunciation of many Spanish words. This way you learn new Spanish vocabulary
and how to pronounce the word and where and when to use the word in a sentence.
